Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Super Arrow mobile game. By installing or using the game, you agree to them.
Using the game
You may install and use Super Arrow for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with the rules of the store from which you downloaded it and applicable law.
Ownership
Super Arrow, including its software, artwork, design, text, and branding, is owned by its developer or used under applicable licenses. These terms give you permission to use the game; they do not transfer ownership of the game or its content.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the game, attempt to disrupt its operation, remove ownership notices, or copy, sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the game except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Availability and updates
We may improve, update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the game. Updates may be required for compatibility, security, policy compliance, or continued access through Google Play.
Accounts, advertising, and purchases
The current version does not require a Super Arrow account and has no subscriptions or in-app purchases. It may offer optional rewarded ads supplied by Google AdMob. You choose whether to watch an eligible ad in exchange for an additional hint or a life; ads are not required to play the core game. Google may process information for advertising as described in the Privacy Policy. If these features change, the store listing and these terms will be updated before the relevant feature is released.
Google Play Games
On Android, you may optionally sign in to Google Play Games. If you do, the game may submit your highest completed level to its leaderboard. The game remains playable without Play Games, and a failed or unavailable Play Games request does not block local progress.
Disclaimer
The game is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the game. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
Google Play
Your download and use of the Android app are also subject to the applicable Google Play terms. Google is not responsible for providing support for Super Arrow.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the game or applicable requirements change. The effective date below identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to ashmawi.sa@gmail.com.
