Privacy Policy
Flashlight LED | Notes provides an LED flashlight, screen light, and quick notes. Your notes and preferences are stored in the app's private storage; we do not operate an account system or a custom server that receives their contents.
Information stored on your device
The app stores the notes you create and settings such as flashlight mode, strobe speed, language, theme, and ad-removal status in its private storage. We do not receive note text or operate a server that stores it.
You can delete individual notes or all notes from within the app. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling it removes app-private information from that device. Depending on your Android backup settings, Android may include eligible app data in an encrypted backup associated with your Google account; Google's backup practices then apply.
Camera permission
The app requests camera permission only because Android requires it on some devices to access and control the rear LED torch. Flashlight LED | Notes does not use the camera to capture, store, or transmit photos or videos.
Advertising
The app uses Google AdMob and may display banner, occasional interstitial, and optional rewarded ads. A rewarded ad may be offered in exchange for a temporary ad-free period. You may also make a one-time purchase to remove ads.
Google and its advertising partners may process information such as your IP address, device and advertising identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostic information, and approximate location inferred from your IP address. This information may be used to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Note contents are not sent to AdMob.

Analytics and crash diagnostics
Firebase Analytics may record limited app events, such as opening the app, turning the torch on or off, the selected flashlight mode, and a successful Remove Ads purchase. Firebase Crashlytics may receive crash reports and related diagnostics, including the app version, device model, operating-system version, stack traces, and technical logs used to identify stability problems.
These services do not receive the text of your notes from the app. Google processes analytics and diagnostic information under its Privacy Policy.
Purchases
The optional Remove Ads purchase is handled by Google Play Billing. Google may process purchase tokens, transaction details, account information, and payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. The app receives the purchase status needed to unlock and restore the ad-free entitlement; we do not receive your full payment-card details.
Information we do not collect
We do not operate a custom backend for this app, require an account, sell personal information, or collect the contents of your notes. The app does not request access to your contacts, photos, precise location, or microphone.
Your choices
- You can deny camera permission and use the screen-light feature instead.
- You can delete notes within the app or clear all app data in Android settings.
- You can manage or reset advertising choices through your device and Google settings where available.
- You can purchase Remove Ads or restore an existing purchase through the app.
Children's privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Google services may apply their own age, consent, and data-handling requirements.
Changes to this policy
If a future version changes how information is collected, used, or shared, we will update this policy and the relevant store disclosures. The latest version of this page will show its effective date below.
